To initiate your project, you can either call our office or fill out our online form. Following this, we will contact you promptly to discuss your project, gather relevant information, and schedule your design consultation. This initial consultation is crucial for both parties. It allows us to connect with you, understand your vision, and determine if we're the right fit for your needs. We'll collaborate on design ideas, discuss potential products, explore ways to enhance your experience, and establish a budget that aligns with your goals.

Design

Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, we'll conduct a thorough site analysis and begin drafting a conceptual plan. As the design evolves, we'll schedule meetings to present the initial concept, detailed plan, and final pricing. Upon approval of the design plan, a construction agreement will be signed, a deposit will be paid, and your project will be added to our construction schedule.

Construction

The construction phase begins with a pre-construction meeting where you'll be introduced to your dedicated construction team. We'll conduct a comprehensive property review and outline the scope of work. You'll receive progress billing as detailed in your agreement. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we stand behind our work with a one-year warranty on all workmanship and materials.

Rick Tillotson embarked on his landscaping journey in 1991, while still a landscape architecture student at Rutgers University, equipped with just a lawnmower and his dad's Toyota Tercel. Over three decades and countless beautiful projects later, Rick brings a unique perspective, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the design process to every endeavor.
